Good morning, I'm happy to report that on Wednesday, we held our third annual Shop with A Cop at the Fordyce Walmart. We had 39 kids participate this year, which is a new record. This is a worthy program that I have been involved in for over 20 years. I want to personally thank everyone who donated to this program for making it a huge success. You know who you are. Good morning, Deer season is almost here. We wish everyone a successful hunt. Last weekend was a busy one, as always. It started off last Friday night with a DWI arrest on Highway 9. On Saturday night, we received a report of some individuals on the side of the road involved in an altercation. On Saturday night, Sergeant Jordan Ables and Deputy Dusty Walton were involved in a vehicle pursuit that began in Hot Spring County. The suspect vehicle crossed over into Dallas County, where Sergeant Ables was the lead vehicle in the pursuit. It was determined that the car was stolen in Faulkner County.
